What are the benefits of enrolling in this database?

This is a provisional measure taken by the Government of India to reach out to all the allied and healthcare professionals in the country so that they may be effectively tracked as part of the overall HRH data available with the Government of India. This will help the government to estimate the numbers and streams of allied and healthcare existing in the country. Please note the enrolment does not constitute a professional license or a registration number at this time. A unique reference number will be provided upon your successful enrolment which will be used in the future for any professional regulatory or standardizing activities undertaken by the Government of India.

Do I need to pay for enrolling in this database?

No, enrolment in this database is completely free of cost. Govt. of India or Ministry of Health & Family Welfare does not charge any fee or charge for enrolment in this database.

What are the documents required for enrolment?

Any of the following Government photo ID must be provided - Driving License/ PAN Card/ Voter ID/Passport to complete the enrolment process and for verification purposes. You will also have to scan and upload your professional documents like Diploma/ Degrees etc.

Who is eligible for enrolment in this database?

Any individual who has acquired an educational qualification in allied and healthcare sectorresulting in a diploma, degree, post graduate diploma, post graduate degree, doctoral degree or higher level professional certificates are eligible to enroll in this database. Those allied and healthcare professionals who are already employed in the public system but who may not meet the qualification criteria, are also eligible to enroll in the database.

What if I do not have any formal qualification (diploma or degree) but providing healthcare services to the beneficiaries?

If you are currently a practicing allied and healthcare professional without any formal qualifications, you may please enroll in the database. indicating your place of work, years of experience etc. and contact us via email - hrhcell-mohfw@gov.in We will get back to you separately for the further process.
